I know Michael for many years and had the pleasure to work closely with him and his team in Pinnaclegastro during my time at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.. With strong leadership by Michael focusing on personal service, out of the box thinking and attention to detail toped with a strong Can do attitude, the team was always extremely professional and open to new ideas and challenges . it was a apleasure to do business with Pinnaclegastro and i look forward to working with them again in the future.
