Tasked with opening the first of the Millennium & Copthorne Groups "Grand" series hotels in Bangkok I was particularly keen to present 'life-style' F&B lines that would ensure the hotel could compete in the Sukhumvit CBD area. Finding products that captured the imagination and ensured the highest quality was the order of the day. Soliciting Michael Peh to help present tea as an experience was unquestionably a huge plus for the F&B team. Michael is a consummate professional, possesses an excellent business acumen and knows how to market his product.
