Cafés Richard Hot Chocolate – the perfect drink for the Rainy Season

Bangkok and the rest of Thailand have already felt the kisses of the monsoon. While it’s pouring outside, there is nothing than can beat a cup of hot chocolate to warm the heart and body. Our Cafés Richard chocolate powder has a rich, creamy and velvety texture from which you can make a delicious traditional hot chocolate.

For adding a twist to the traditional hot chocolate, we have created a special recipe that will add some sunshine to these rainy days; Cafés Richard hot chocolate with Monin white chocolate sauce to keep you warm and loving this season.

Hot Cocoa Mint (one serving)

• 1 oz. of Monin Green Mint Syrup

• 1 sachet of Cafés Richard chocolate powder

• 8 oz. of steamed milk

• Garnish: marshmallow  

Method:

  1. Put chocolate powder in the cup
  2. Add Monin Green Mint Syrup
  3. Pour steam milk
  4. Sprinkle some cocoa powder on top
