Bangkok - Food & Hotel Thailand (FHT) is a premium international 5-Star food & hospitality trade event in Thailand. FHT hosts over 300 participants and more than 850 brands from over 21 countries.

After the success of last year, Pinnacle Gastro doubled the booth space to offer visitors a unique experience of a Parisian café. The team of tea masters at the Ronnefeldt tea bar served not only traditional hot teas, but also refreshing iced teas inspired by summer. Similarly to last year, Pinnacle Gastro partnered with DIAGEO Thailand to present teatails (tea cocktails) which are becoming more and more popular as we speak.

The coffee bar was busy for 4 days straight serving Espresso, Latte, Cappuccino, Americano and Iced coffee.  One of the highlights of the booth was the Third Wave of Coffee Brew Bar. Pinnacle Gastro’s barista used Cafés Richard Single origin coffee beans from the Grand Cru Collection and presented a range of alternative coffee brewing methods including cold drip, V-60 and syphon.

Besides coffee and tea, Highland Spring mineral water drawn from organic land in Scotland was served. Visitors could enjoy a glass of Highland Spring Still, ideal for everyday hydration or taste Highland Spring Sparkling which was added into the Pinnacle Gastro portfolio in August.

The booth had everything you need to prepare that perfect cup of coffee, including a selection of professional coffee machines. The Pinnacle Gastro team also presented the new models of FRANKE coffee systems. The two systems, A200 and A600, showcased during FHT, are the first units of the new line to arrive to South East Asia! Intelligent, elegant and intuitive fully automatic machines are designed with Swiss precision and love for coffee. Apart from FRANKE, visitors had a chance to have a closer look at systems by Carimali, a traditional Italian coffee machines producer, professional semi-automatic coffee machines by UNIC and small volume fully automatic coffee machines from Cafés Richard.

Last but not least, Pinnacle Gastro presented the newest series of WineEmotion - wine dispensing systems. The systems are backed up with intelligent software and are capable to preserve the taste of a just uncorked bottle for 3 weeks.  Elegant WineEmotion systems are without any doubt an ideal solution for wine bars, restaurants, lounges and even home use.
