Hot recipe: TeaTail Inspired by Rainy Season

They say the rainy season is most likely over, but in case the weather surprises you and you will end up spending your day at home, we have the perfect recipe for you!

This drink combines one of our all time favourite teas with that Brandy :) Not only it will brighten up a rainy day, it will also keep you nice and cozy.Wait no longer and enjoy a whole cup (or even a mug!) of  Cloudy Earl Grey, a tea specialty based on Ronnefeldt Darjeeling Earl Grey, an elegant and aromatic loose tea from the autumn plucking’s in Darjeeling. 

Cloudy Earl Grey
Ingredients
• 1 cup of Milk
• Ronnefeldt Darjeeling Earl Grey loose tea
• 54ml of Brandy
• 1 tablespoon of Honey
Recipe

1. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk and stir it continuously
2. When the bubbles begin to rise to the surface, remove the saucepan from the heat
3. Add 3-4 table spoons of Ronnefeldt Earl Grey loose tea directly to the milk and brew for 5 minutes
4. Strain 
5. Add Brandy and Honey
6. Stir well
*Final touch : Use milk foam to create a cloudy texture and sprinkle the teatail with dark chocolate.
Serving: Best enjoyed with butter cookies and choco biscuits :)
