d. The lucky winner will be randomly selected and contacted within 48 hours.

Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promoter:
1. Promotional Period: Promotion opens from 4pm on Wednesday 9th September and closes at midnight on Sunday 27th September.
2. Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Pinnacle Gastro Co., Ltd., its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. No cash or other alternatives will be offered in whole or in part for the available prize except, in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or gift of equal or greater value.
4. The promoter is not responsible for third party products or services.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: the winner will be randomly selected from all entries during the promotional period. The winner will be contacted within 48 hours.
6. In the event of failure from the winner to claim after reasonable attempts by the Promoter to make contact within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original. In the case of the winning moments promotion, will be the next valid entry.

General:
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entry failure to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
8. The Promoter’s decision will be final in all aspects of this promotion.
9. The winner agrees to participate in related publicity. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
10. To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
