Voucher is valid between 1st May and 31st July.
Second prize: Summer supply of 24 bottles of Highland Spring Still mineral water (24 x 500ml PET Highland Spring Still mineral water)
Entry instruction: To participate:
1. Purchase a Highland Spring product (PET 0.5l Highland Spring Still mineral water or PET 1.5l Highland Spring Still mineral water) in one of the following TOPS Markets or Gourmet Markets: TOPS Markets: Central Chidlom (Bangkok), Central Ladprow (Bangkok), Central World (Bangkok), Central Chaengwattana (Bangkok), Central Festival Phuket, Central Pattaya Beach, Central Chiangmai or Gourmet Markets: Emporium Mall (Bangkok), Siam Paragon (Bangkok), Terminal 21 (Bangkok), EmQuartier (Bangkok; from March 25th)
2. Take a photo of the receipt. Make sure the purchase of Highland Spring and a receipt number are visible.
3. Send the photo of the receipt to socialmedia@pinnaclegatsro.com or into a mailbox at Pinnacle Gastro Facebook.
4. Include following contact details: 1. Name, 2. Surname, 3. Email address, 4. Telephone number, 5. Home Address which will be used to contact you in case you are the lucky winner of Main prize or Second prize.
5. Like Pinnacle Gastro Facebook and the post of promotion.
d. One receipt (one purchase) can be used for one entry only.
e. Multiple entries are acceptable. Participants can submit multiple receipts from various purchases. All the participant’s submissions will be entered into the final draw.
FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Promoter:
1. Promotional Period: Promotion opens from 4pm Friday 20th March and closes at midnight on Sunday 19th April.
2. Eligibility: Open to individuals who are 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Pinnacle Gastro Co., Ltd., its agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. No cash or other alternative will be offered in whole or in part for the available prize except, in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or gift of equal or greater value.
4. The promoter is not responsible for third party products or services.
5. Winner Selection and Notification: Main prize and Second prize will be randomly selected from all entries over the promotional period and the winner will be contacted within 48 hours.
6. In the event of failure from the winner to claim after reasonable attempts by the Promoter to make contact within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original. In the case of the winning moments promotion, will be the next valid entry.
General:
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any entry failure to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the promotion.
8. The Promoter’s decision will be final in all aspects of this promotion.
9. The winner agrees to participate in related publicity. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
10. To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
11. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
