Le Meridien Bangkok hosts a new perspective on cuisine

LE MERIDIEN BANGKOK HOSTS A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON CUISINE An interpretation of Asian ingredients on European cooking by Chef Attapol Thangthong in liaison with Ronnefeldt Tea. On Wednesday, 12 June at 6.30 pm, Le Méridien Bangkok will host “A New Perspective on Cuisine in cooperation with Ronnefeldt teas. The evening will feature ‘Tea Tail’ workshop by Ronnefeldt teas, a transformation of an afternoon tea into an evening soirée where cocktail will be mixed with tea. Then follow by a culinary highlight with Chef Attapol Thangthong, Executive Chef to integrate Asian tea ingredients with European cuisine. Le Méridien’s approach of curated experiences in the world of the arts is enriched with the launch of ‘A New Perspective’ signature event series, featuring contemporary culture talks that further transform Le Méridien into a creative hub. A New Perspective event series highlights local artists, for an interactive experience exploring a cultural specialty and allows guests to gather new insights and stimulate dialogue.
